
Program Description
Ghana's healthcare system continues to face an increasing demand for specialist nurses to deliver quality healthcare services, particularly in the management of non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, kidney disease, and other emerging health conditions.
In response to this growing healthcare need, Martin Luther Health Training School, Kintampo, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Ghana Tertiary Education Commission, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), is proud to introduce the BSc. Post-Basic Specialised Emergency Nursing Programme.
The programme is structured to prepare healthcare professionals to provide high-quality emergency nursing care while meeting both national and international healthcare standards.
Successful graduates will be awarded a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Career Pathways
Admission Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification
- Valid practicing license
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
- WASSCE/SSSCE results or equivalent
